Help
Answers to common questions from buyers and makers.
How do quotes work?
Add products to your quote, set quantities and send the request. Each maker replies with a price, valid until a set date. Accept a quote to place the order.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Tick “Request free samples” when you send a quote and makers will send one of each item.
What is the minimum order?
Each product shows its minimum order quantity (MOQ). Larger orders unlock lower unit prices.
